The Ultra-Ruin is a 4-man self sufficient living and working studio originally developed for the Victoria & Albert Museum.  The working and living functions are supported by a fire-place, sauna and dry toilet. Upstairs is a box of ice for beer. The structure fits into one car-parking place 2,5 x 5 m.
